Eve is a composer and trumpet player working across genres and with a focus on communication, movement and drama. Recent projects include immersive sound and light commissions with BREAD art for London Sinfonietta’s Blue Touch Paper and The Trinity Shopping Centre for Leeds Light Nights. She has been awarded Help Musicians UK's Fusion Fund, enabling her to work with choreographer Ruth Jones this year to research the 'in between' of music and movement.

Eve relishes collaborative musical development: the memories of older people inspired a commission for Brighter Sound and alongisde community groups in Sefton she sampled and responded to the coastline for Chorus of the Coast. She has written for ensembles such as Opera North Youth Company, Scottish Ensemble and National Youth Orchestra of Scotland, Cantallini Chamber Choir and Durham Brass Festival. Her opera, Hera’s List, toured to Tête à Tête: The Opera Festival.

She is Deputy Artistic Director for In Harmony Liverpool and runs workshops and teacher training residencies for organisations such as Jessie's Fund, DIY Theatre, Manchester Camerata and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. She co-directs Sounds of the Engine House and plays trumpet with Balkan band The Rubber Duck Orchestra.
