Eve is a composer, educator, creative consultant, conductor and trumpet player working across genres and with a focus on collaboration, movement and drama.

She is a member of Royal Opera House’s Engender Scheme, creating a new opera with writer Fiona Williams. Other highlights include immersive sound and light commissions with BREAD art for London Sinfonietta’s Blue Touch Paper and Leeds Light Nights and researching the ‘in between’ of music and movement with choreographer Ruth Jones, funded by Help Musicians UK.

Eve worked at Liverpool Philharmonic for 10 years, most recently Deputy Artistic Director for In Harmony Liverpool. She loves composing, arranging and conducting for amateur and mixed ability ensembles and has written for ensembles such as Opera North Youth Company, Scottish Ensemble and National Youth Orchestra of Scotland, Cantallini Chamber Choir and Durham Brass Festival alongside many solo and chamber works. Her opera, Hera’s List, toured to Tête à Tête: The Opera Festival.

She is Community and Student Engagement Lead for Music for Life and plays trumpet with Balkan band The Rubber Duck Orchestra.
